How we work
Four steps, one accountability
1. Diagnosis
We talk, analyse needs, study the local context. Before we write anything — we understand the problem.
2. Application
We write the grant under a specific competition and your goals. Budget, indicators, schedule — ready to submit.
3. Implementation
We coordinate the project — participant recruitment, training, counselling, indicator monitoring. We take the burden on ourselves.
4. Settlement
Progress reports, payment requests, audit documentation. We bring the project to a safe close.
